      Garner Memorial Scholarship

The Richard Garner Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the life of City of Madison Firefighter/Paramedic Richard Garner Jr. who died in the line of duty on April 1, 2018. Remember Everyone Deployed RED is an acronym that stands for Remember Everyone Deployed. R.E.D. Friday was created to remind people of our heroes overseas and show that we are thinking of them. Madison Fire and Local 311 are going to build on this by also making this a fundraiser to raise funds for local veterans.

Help support our local Veterans by Ordering one of our Local 311 RED shirts.
